Liu Ge-Yi (Yi) is a Human warlord governing the Willow Territory. Territories are traditionally ruled by Godlings; it is extremely rare for a Human to hold such a position. In a world accustomed to peace between borders, his successful conquests of neighboring Territories have raised several eyebrows.

Civilians' opinions are divided on his aggressive methods; some see the warlord as a powerful and worthy leader, while others view him as a greedy warmonger doomed to bring ruin to all.
